Employment Type: Full-TimeElite Metal Fabricators is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts, strengthen customer relationships and generate new opportunities across the commercial and industrial metal fabrication markets. As a growing start-up company, EMF offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping shape the sales strategy, establish processes and build the customer relationships that will support the company’s long-term growth.
The Sales Manager will work closely with estimating, production and leadership to identify opportunities, develop competitive proposals and ensure a smooth transition from initial inquiry through project completion. This position is ideal for someone who understands the sales process, can confidently communicate with contractors and project stakeholders, and knows how to turn project needs into lasting partnerships. A background in metal fabrication, construction or a related industry is strongly preferred, previous estimating experience is a plus, and an entrepreneurial, adaptable mindset is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies that support company growth and revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, architectural, healthcare, education, theme park, public works and industrial markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, purchasing teams, project managers and other decision-makers.
• Manage incoming leads and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Review project plans, specifications, scopes of work and customer requirements.
• Partner with the estimating team to develop accurate, competitive proposals.
• Prepare and present quotes, capabilities and project solutions to prospective customers.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and activity reports.
• Coordinate with production and operations to confirm capabilities, schedules and project expectations.
• Represent Elite Metal Fabricators at networking events, trade shows, industry meetings and customer visits.
• Monitor market activity, customer needs and competitive trends.
• Support existing accounts while identifying opportunities for additional services and future projects.Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum of three years of sales, business development or account management experience.
• Experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, construction or a related industry.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop relationships and close new business.
• Strong understanding of commercial sales cycles and project-based selling.
• Ability to read and understand project scopes, specifications and technical documents.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities, deadlines and customer priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or sales-tracking software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Work Requirements - 40 hours per week.Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience preparing or reviewing estimates for metal fabrication or construction projects.
• Experience reading blueprints, drawings and bid documents.
• Existing relationships within the Central Florida construction, manufacturing or industrial markets.
• Knowledge of custom metal fabrication processes, including cutting, forming, welding, machining, finishing and assembly.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, construction management or a related field.What We Offer

Elite Metal Fabricators is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our production team in Orlando, Florida. This full-time, hands-on position is responsible for welding, fabricating and forming metal components according to blueprints, specifications and project requirements.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of professional welding and fabrication experience, is comfortable operating industrial equipment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Responsibilities
Perform GTAW and GMAW welding processes.
Fabricate, fit and assemble components made from steel, stainless steel, aluminum or a combination of materials.
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, measurements and weld symbols.
Operate a shear to cut sheet metal and plate to specified dimensions.
Set up and operate an auto brake to bend and form metal components.
Measure, cut, drill, grind and finish materials as needed.
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
Inspect completed work for accuracy, weld quality and overall workmanship.
Maintain tools, machinery and a clean, organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.
Assist with additional shop and fabrication duties as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of three years of professional welding and metal fabrication experience.
Experience with GTAW and GMAW welding.
Welding certificate.
High school diploma or GED.
Experience operating a shear and auto brake.
Forklift operating experience.
Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, weld symbols and measuring tools.
Experience working with steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
Valid driver’s license.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and handle fabrication materials.
Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to report to scheduled shifts on time and work additional shifts or weekends when required.
Preferred Skills
Experience completing fabrication projects from layout through final assembly.
Experience operating additional shop equipment, such as grinders, saws, plasma cutters or press brakes.
Current forklift certification.
Knowledge of quality-control and weld-inspection procedures.
Experience working in a fast-paced production or custom fabrication environment.
Schedule
Full-time position based in Orlando, Florida.
Regular hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Third-shift and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
